If you wish to return a purchase made on the thinksportbottles.com and thinkbabybottles.com websites, please contact us at: email@example.com. To qualify for a refund, products must be new and unused. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date and proof of purchase or receipt is required. (Only purchases made on the thinksportbottles.com or thinkbabybottles.com website may be returned. If purchased somewhere else, please contact the original retailer for their return policy.). Once the return is received, a refund will be issued, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. For instructions on returning your purchase and obtaining a Return Authorization number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns that do not accompany a Return Authorization number will not be processed.
However, please note that all sales of thinkbaby and thinksport sunscreen and body care (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bubble bath) are final.
We will gladly replace parts or products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Please email email@example.com for instructions and to obtain a Replacement Authorization number. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date and a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the request. We cannot accept returns or requests for replacement part(s) without a Replacement Authorization number.
Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect product will gladly be corrected. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving product.
We will provide return instructions with the Replacement Authorization number. Returns that are not sent to the address provided will not be processed. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s. The customer is responsible for shipping returns and we recommend that packages are insured, as we cannot process returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
The returned merchandise will be assessed and if it is determined that there is a manufacturer’s defect, a replacement will be issued. If the returned item(s) do not contain a manufacturer’s flaw, a replacement will not be issued. Refunds/credits are not issued under any circumstance as containers designed for human consumption are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Defective item(s) will be replaced and if the original part is not available or out of stock, the part(s) will be sent as soon as it/they become available or similar part(s) will be sent in substitution. There is no charge for replacement part(s). There is no charge to ship replacement part(s) to addresses within the United States.
